Relax + Unwind With Saje

Happy Tuesday everyone! If you follow me on social media then I am sure you all have noticed my obsession with Saje Natural Wellness products. As a girl who is always on the hunt for natural health and wellness products to help with those troublesome aches and pains, Saje’s essential oils are the perfect remedy to get me through the tough times.  Essential oils have incredibly therapeutic effects when it comes to feeling better naturally, which is why I am so excited to share ways for you to live a more brilliant life by using 100% natural wellness products.

I’m an anxious person by nature, so much so that it can sometimes negatively impact my sleep, as well as my mind + body as a whole. And let me tell you…being anxious while living with Crohn’s Disease is the last thing needed on this busy girl’s agenda! It is incredibly important to be kind and listen to the one body I have and not always resort to taking pills and medication if they aren’t required, which is why I am obsessed with my new found love for essential oils and other wellness options by Saje. I use their Tranquility relaxing face and body mist Stress Release soothing body oil blend in times when I feel most anxious. With hints of lavender, marjoram, orange, and Roman chamomial, these two products are sure to keep you calm during hectic situations.

With the long work week ahead of me, my head can sometimes get overwhelmed with all that I have going on. This can sometimes lead to minor headaches or sever migraines which is why you’ll never find me without my Pain Release Topical Oil. It helps with discomfort and relieves pain almost immediately! I’ve even used this when I feel sore or achy after a good workout. I especially love the petite sizing of the bottle and the roll-on applicator so that you don’t have to worry about getting anything on your hands! It’s quick, easy and incredibly efficient if you’re always on the go like me.

Try out some of the products I listed above and leave a comment letting me know what you did (or didn’t like). Also, if you have any tips or products you love that are 100 % natural, please do share as I would love to know 🙂 .

Thank you Saje for sponsoring this post!
