Fall Feels

Outfit: Aqua Embroidered Bell-Sleeve Gingham Top, Madewell 10-Inch Chewed Hem Skinny Jeans, Frankie Cameron Clutch, and Red Entredós Loafers.
It’s beginning to look a lot like fall here in San Francisco. The leaves are changing from green to vibrant shades of red, brown, green and even bright orange! I can’t help but be excited to wear my fall finds and even share them with you so that you too can get this very same look 🙂 .
I experienced the first signs of fall during a short visit to Mexico City with Liam several weeks ago. The air was crisp and there were scattered showers almost every day we were there. It sure got me in the mood to dress warm, and luckily I was prepared to bare the cooler weather with this amazing outfit I pieced together for our trip!
I have been on a “color spree” with power reds this fall, and lucky for me I am right on trend according to last weeks New York Fashion Week! The colors of the top were perfect for Mexico. I felt as though I was fitting in perfectly with the vibrancy of this historic city.
While in Mexico, I came across a vendor selling these amazing traditional Red Huarache loafers. Usually the souls of these shoes are made from recycled tires from cars, but the designer/vendor of the shoe wanted to bring more support and comfort to the traditional Mexican shoe by using a proper rubber soul that can be found in most tennis shoes today. The leather is incredibly soft and the support was perfect for all the walking Liam and I did during our visit!
